Located in Framingham, the Fox Howe at Nobscot residential community was designed to create an active and welcoming outdoor environment that enhances daily living through thoughtful landscape architecture and site planning. The project focused on organizing circulation patterns throughout the site to improve accessibility, connectivity, and the resident experience while seamlessly linking buildings and outdoor amenity spaces.

A variety of outdoor gathering and recreation areas were integrated across the campus to encourage social interaction and year-round use. South of the site, a bocce court amenity creates an active recreational destination for residents, while an exterior patio and amenity courtyard provide flexible spaces for relaxation and community events. The central courtyard includes activity lounge areas designed to support both informal gathering and organized programming.

Additional amenities include an open-air pavilion equipped with grills and seating areas, pergolas that provide shade and structure throughout the landscape, and fire pit gathering spaces located toward the rear of the property to create intimate outdoor destinations. Exterior furnishings throughout the development were also designed as part of the landscape architectural vision, reinforcing a cohesive aesthetic and elevating the character of the outdoor experience.
